The mainstays of Al dente's menu are either imported or made fresh and always prepared to order with a delicate touch. With so many intriguing dishes to choose from, it's often difficult to make a choice! Here are some of our more popular entrees, along with suggestions for just the right wine to compliment each selection. Wines are available by the glass and by the bottle.

Grilled portobello mushroom marinated with sage, garlic, olive oil and balsamic vinegar presented over arugula topped with parmesan cheese.

Assorted cold antipasto.

Fresh Maine mussels simmered in white wine, garlic and herbs. Red or white sauce.
