Our entrees are an interesting blend of innovative and traditional Italian cuisine using only the finest, freshest ingredients. In addition to the items listed below, our chef offers daily signature entrees. All pasta dishes can be substituted with whole wheat pasta.

Food preparation and presentation is to be viewed as an art form. Imagination, together with only the freshest and highest quality ingredients are reflected in each creation. To these I also add the personal touch of my heart and soul. Through the years, I have enjoyed preparing different Italian dishes, always with the same approach. The kitchen is my studio and you the customer deserve not only to have your sense of taste rewarded, but also your sense of sight, smell and of course that all important human emotion, anticipation.
